Khalsa College, Durg, celebrated the “Patang Utsav” or kite festival on January 16, 2024, as part of Makar Sankranti. The event aimed to promote cooperation, harmony, and enthusiasm among students through the celebration. The college encouraged students to make plastic-free kites at home using paper, promoting an eco-friendly approach. During the event, students gathered and engaged in kite-flying activities, enjoying traditional sweets like til-laddu.
