Khalsa College Durg’s art club organized a Rakhi making activity on August 2, 2025, to celebrate Raksha Bandhan, with around 30 students participating enthusiastically. The students created unique and colorful Rakhis using threads, beads, sequins, and other decorative materials. The activity aimed to promote awareness about the festival’s significance and foster bonding among students. Raksha Bandhan is a significant Hindu festival that celebrates the bond between brothers and sisters, symbolizing love, care, and protection. The event was a success, promoting creativity, bonding, and cultural awareness among students. The program received high accolades from the college principal, Dr. Sunita Bokde.
