KARGIL DIWAS

Today, a discussion on the victory story of the martyr was organized on Kargil Vijay Diwas in the college campus. Dr Sunita Bokde told the students about Kargil Vijay Diwas about the victory story of martyrs in Kargil war. College teachers told the history of Kargil war. Told about the losses suffered by the Indian Army in the Kargil war. Explain the reason and consequences of Kargil war Students also presented their views.

Makar Sankranti festival was celebrated with joy and enthusiasm in Khalsa Mahavidyalaya on 16 January 2024. The festival was aimed at instilling cooperation, harmony and enthusiasm among the students. With the aim of establishing a plastic-free environment in the college, they were encouraged to use paper kites instead of polythene kites available in the market. The students attended the event after controlling their attendance at their homes. After the classes, the students reached the ground where they fed each other sesame laddus and maintained brotherhood. The students also appeared excited to be a part of the kite flying. Principal Dr. Sunita Bokde sent her best wishes for Makar Sankranti to the professors and students and urged them to always move forward towards heights like a kite and to always accept the difficulties coming in the way of success as challenges.
